I provide professional development for teachers. Hundreds of them have learned to use Adobe Spark Video and in the last year, Adobe Express Video. I've been watching the new Express beta roll out and just received my first message from a faculty saying they logged into the new Express and cannot access any of their existing Express videos. These videos were made on desktop and the user is also on desktop now.
I logged into my own Express account (on desktop) and confirmed the same situation. I do not have access to any past videos, including those made on desktop. From what I understand, there is supposed to be an Originals folder in My Stuff, but there is not. See screenshot attached.
This contradicts what the Adobe Express FAQ page says.
I use Adobe Express on desktop. Will my files automatically show up in the new version of Adobe Express?
Yes, if you've not used the mobile app in 2023, your files will automatically be migrated to the new version of Adobe Express on desktop upon your first log-in after launch. All Adobe Express files will be editable in the new version of Adobe Express on desktop except for SVG files (including QR codes) which will be available to download, and Spark Video files, which will only be available to download as an mp4.
