Export Issue

I had created a design using adobe firefly and save it to adobe express. After that, I modify the size of the image and and brightness and I export it. Now after I download it in PNG and JPEG I tryed to see the image with 4 different applications including Bridge and Photoshop but it seem that doesn't work. The image is shows all black.
