It's honestly disappointing that this still hasn’t been resolved after all this time:

There is a bug. When i a make a round profile at https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/profile-picture-maker it export to a square. Everybody have the same?

Its confirmed by manu user right now!  🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

I genuinely wonder whether there is still active development on Adobe Express. If such a simple issue can’t be fixed within six weeks, something’s clearly wrong.

I can’t be the only one facing this.
For a company with such massive resources, this is frankly unacceptable.
Really unfortunate.

Hi everyone! The profile maker feature appears to be working fine!

The exported images are the same as the selection made (rounded corners, circle, or square). Please let us know if you're experiencing a different issue.

    Omg, please read. I make rounded, but when i export!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its square. In the discord every one tested it and it is a bug. When is this fixed?

      Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried switching the option from square to round from the option given as per the screenshot below?

       

       

      Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
