Exported PDFs omit Images

When I try to export as a digital or print PDF, the image in my design disappears. When exporting as a png it's fine, but I really need it as a PDF.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Please let us know the platform you're using. Is it on a desktop or mobile? Are you getting any error messages? Did you try using another file to check if it's happening with all files or just with this file?
