exporting / download as PDF fail

I am having trouble downloading PDFs. Keeps failing

I have the exact same issue, I've tried across multiple devices, browsers and have deleted cookies, cleared cache etc., Every time, it gets to about 90% then after a long wait, I get error message from the download. 😞

Hey @Christophe_Creative, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! 

 

Can you confirm if this is happening with other projects as well, or is it just this specific project that is failing to download? Do you see any blank layers in your project's editor window? If so, can you try removing them? Can you share the error message that shows up when downloading the project?

 

Also, does your project have multiple? Could you change the font to a different one to see if that makes any difference?

Just saw your post. While I haven't seen recent reports about this and haven't been able to replicate this, I'm here to help!

It may help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
