Exporting with no backgroung

Hi, I took the premium version and I integrated the transparent background, but when I export and then import my .mp4 video into CapCut, I have a black background that remains. So in the end there is a background. Can you tell me how this is possible and how I can fix it?

Hello, a limitation with the mp4 video format is that is does not support transparent backgrounds. Within Adobe Express it is poosible to remove a video's background and overlay it over an image or another video, but there always has to be background with mp4 files. A workaround would be to make the background a solid colour that you could remove in another program and save the video in a format that allows transparency e.g. mov files.
