Hello everybody,

I am a teacher and my classes are on Express Adobe Web Page.

This morning, I discovered that all my pages are linked "404". I tried to unpublish, then to publish again: it still remains 404. I tired on various Internet browsers too. only solution I found yet is to duplicate the page, to create a new one. But it is not a good solution for me (many pages, many links to report for my students). Is there any other solution to recover my pages?

Here are some pages with now 404 error:

https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/YNu0o1rtbgl9Z

https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/438xnkNd5CSLq

Thanks,

Aurélien

It's against the Community Guidelines to post PII in the forums.

@Aurelien culturepi

Adobe staff can look up your records from the Adobe ID you used to login to the Community Forums. They can be identified by the Adobe logo and the words "Adobe Employee" on their avatars. Their email addresses always end in adobe.com.

If you need to give PII to them directly, do it by PM. Scammers lurk in all public forums and will misuse personal information.

Hi @mahmoud_5524

Thank you for the support and the investigation.

Today, I get back some pages, but not all of them. Some are still 404, even if I try to unpublish or republish them:

It is a serious issue and I hope it will be resolved as soon as it can...
Thanks again,

Aurélien

Hi @mahmoud_5524

Thank you for your answer.

Here is my email associated with the pages:

[email removed to protect you from scammers on a public forum]

I am using firefox 146.0. But I tried on Edge with the same issue. And on mobile with various browsers.

I notice the problem tuesday in the morning (in France). Monday, I can't remember if I went on the pages.

I tried today to republish and it brought back some pages (but not all of them: most of them remain with the error 404.)

A page with still the problem:

Thank you for your help,

Hi everybody,

I would like to add that my students encounter the same issue with their works:

https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/rTWHSk5By7nsX

Is there anyone in the community or in the staff that can give me some clue about that big problem for us?

Thanks and have a nice day,

Aurélien

Hi @Aurelien culturepi,

We’re really sorry for the trouble this is causing 😔. We understand how disruptive it is for you and your students when published pages return 404 errors. To help our engineering team investigate and restore access, could you please provide the following details:

  • Your Adobe account ID or email associated with the affected pages

  • When the pages were last accessible

  • Browser and version used when testing the links

  • Any recent changes made to the pages (edits, unpublishing, linking)

Your input will help the team replicate the issue and find a solution faster. Thank you for your patience!
