Express for Edu Remix Template Link going to 404 "Page Not Found"

I recently tried making a remix link for my students.  Every time it goes to a 404 "Page Not Found" error page.  I have tried making new templates, using known working templates and still get the same 404 error.  I have restarted, emptied cache, logged out and used different browsers.  Still getting the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.
