express (formerly spark) documents will not open

when I click on my files, it says they need to be converted before opening, but I keep getting an error message. I need to be able to edit this for my website, but I am unable to get into them to do so.

Can you access Adobe Express here?

You can access your old files by clicking on "Your Stuff", and there's a highlighted option that says, "Are you looking for files created with the previous version of Adobe Express or the mobile app?" You can find old files and move them to a new version of your computer by clicking on the "Access Files" button.
