Hanging on OsX Sonoma 14.1 (23B74) Both in Chrome Version 120.0.6099.109 as well as Safari Version 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) In console: "No plugin found for .. (key)" pointing to getSceneNodeAncestorsForRefHolder and "[Error] ThumbnailsGenerator: Unable to complete Render at API call and readiness checks within 600 ms. RenderAt status: ready. There are 3 non-ready elements in the scene. _mirrorOriginalConsole (x-startup-authoring-index.c437575175333a9abad7.js:1:117654) _preprocessLoggerCall (x-startup-authoring-index.c437575175333a9abad7.js:1:117545) error (x-startup-authoring-index.c437575175333a9abad7.js:1:115263) error (x-startup-authoring-index.c437575175333a9abad7.js:1:115463) (anonymous function) (x-startup-authoring-main.05eaadac77b354a04cc2.js:2:3810035)" and "Failed to load resource" messages (403) on js.map files My internet connection seems fine. @defaultaslh85yoi4pj You can't fix it. It's a software bug and for what I can see it might have to do with a software plugin Adobe uses to store assets (fonts/images/etc). (Amazon AWS)

The only thing that helped me finishing my reel was to not use the timeline player, but only the top video player (which is not the best, I know, as you won't see where you're at)

Came here to see if anyone else is having issues with Express. It's 9:09 am EST Thursday 1/4/21 and I'm having trouble with express for the second day in a row. I'm just trying to create some simple, short reels and I got the spinning wheel, freezing, incorrect previews in the preview window. I've done eveything I know to try to fix.

Forget about the transitions "fix"... The glitch continues...

Removing transitions between scenes seemed to have fixed the problem.
