Adobe Express website on Chrome is syncing for 10+mins and i cant download tne file what to do?

This shouldn't be happening. Have you tried working with a different recommended browser (such as Edge, Safari, or Firefox) or in private/incognito browsing mode? You may also try switching to a different internet connectivity to see if that makes any difference. Additionally, please ensure that there is no active firewall or VPN. 

We'd also like to know if it is a specific type of file that doesn't get downloaded, or if the issue is happening across all project types. 

 

If the issue persists, try working on the mobile device, so your work isn't hampered!
