Express thinks my laptop is a mobile

About 20 minutes ago, Express stopped working while I was using it. It has apparently decided that my laptop (on which I use Express most days without problems) is actually a mobile! I've tried the usual reboot, etc...

OS: Windows 11 Business

Im having the same problem trying to download adobe illusrator. It keeps telling me to send an email to my laptop where i can download it, except im already on laptop, and when I open the email, it just takes me back to the same screen.
