Express Webpage coming as untitled

Hi Team,

I created a webpage via express and named it but after publishing it: 

1. it is coming as untitled,

2. Appreciate button is missing at the bottom,

3. Credit is missing

What to do? Check with Service desk agent as well but he could not help.
