Express won't publish my webpage

When trying to publish my work, Express won't do it. It only shows the blank white cloud, per the screenshot.

I could not find a fix to the issue, no. Interestingly, it was only that specific project page that was not publishing. I copied all the info and pasted it into a new page, and it published just fine.
