Eye dropper tool

I have been having trouble using the eye dropper tool. For the past 24 hours it's been completely unusable. I will click on the tool, drag it over to the color I want, but when I click nothing happens.

    We're sorry to hear about this and for the delay. Are you still experiencing issues with the eye dropper tool? If yes, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
