Eyedropper tool

I have been trying to select a color for a color swatch for 10 MINUTES. EYEDROPPER DOES NOT WORK. I hit the eyedropper tool when it says select color, and it just closes the popout window. How on earth am i supposed to use it?

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing.  Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
