    @EricGrantWI @Doug30004314vgrx @Oscar38682812ijz6 @zachriddleart I've merged your posts regarding the eyedropper problem here so they do not get lost. 

     

    I am not sure if this is a widespread problem; I have tried the eyedropper, duplicating items from the right-click menu and re-ordering in the layer stack in Adobe Express Chrome on desktop, the Windows app on desktop and my Android phone and I had no problems. 

     

    I don't have iOS so if someone can test that would be great!

     

    Can anyone provide a little more information about what they were doing when the problem occurred?

      Entirely not working, no matter what, cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled.

       

      Broken for 2 days now and Is making my work very difficult 😞

       

      Broken tools:

      EYEDROPPER

      DUPLICATE

      ORDER (sometimes)

      The eye dropper tool no longer selects a color when trying to change a background color.

            Eyedropper feature in adobe express to match background stopped working. Deleted app & redownloaded which did nothing

              When using the eye dropper to capture a color within in image, it always returns the color "red".
