Scheduled post failed when I refreshed connection and deleted it to connect again. Can’t trust Adobe

Hi @User123! A failed post is most commonly caused by an expired connection between Adobe Express and the social media platform. I'd recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the affected account from Content Scheduler > Settings, then granting all requested permissions during the setup.

Also, please make sure your content meets the platform's posting requirements. For example, Instagram Reels should be in a supported format, and certain captions, hashtags, or links may cause a post to be rejected.

If you're posting to Instagram, ensure the account is a Business account linked to a Facebook Page with the required admin permissions.

To help us narrow this down, could you let us know:

Which social media platform is affected?
What is the exact error message?
Are you posting an image, video, or carousel?
Does the issue occur with scheduled posts, immediate posts, or both?

LinkedIn is the platform. Error message was failure to post try refreshing token social media connection. I did the refresh, I did delete the linkedin and reconnected it. It continued to fail posting static posts and video reels. Failed to post immediately and scheduled. Facebook is fine no issues. Either way I noticed I get better and more analytics when I schedule posts directly to the platform and not through Adobe. Tired of getting bad results using 3rd party. Done with Adobe failing me. Not paying for disappointment either.
