Failed scheduled post

Hi,

I had an Express scheduled Facebook post fail yesterday and only just realised the next day. Other similar posts were OK all week. I get that posts might fail for some reason, either on the Adobe side or the API with Facebook/Insta BUT as aminimum there needs to be a notification sent to my email associated with my Adobe account to tell me that there has been a problem. Unfortunately I missed out on a key opportunity to get that post out which was part of a series leading up to an event. That is unacceptable. A notification would help solve future issues. Not sure why Express didn't just try again later?

Please consider adding this as a matter of priority or fix/add a retry.

Thanks.

Hi @Silicon Pixel, Thanks for calling this out. You're right: if a scheduled post fails, there should be a clear notification so you can take action immediately. Missing that window is frustrating. This isn't the experience we want for anyone using the scheduler, and your point about retry logic and email alerts makes complete sense.

I'll bring it up internally and also suggest that you share this with our product team here: https://adobe.ly/49YOhfD
