When I go to download my video it says the video will download in the background when ready, but never downloads.

Did you create those videos in the old or newer version of the Adobe Express app?

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please ensure the device is not on a VPN or has an active firewall. Also, I'd recommend you try again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you use. You can even try working on the private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.

Yes, I am still experiencing the issue regarding a whole bunch of my old videos that I would still like access to.
