Hi @Trimmertop, I tried to replicate the workflow of generating an image from a prompt in Firefly and opening it on Adobe Express to edit, and it works fine for me. I tried on both Safari and Chrome browsers. Can you share a screen recording of your workflow with the issue, so we can investigate this properly? Meanwhile, can you try the same in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Hello:

First of all, so sorry you are experiencing this. Can you share some more details with me? Are you using any of the "Send to Express" workflows on Firefly, or uploading to Express your downloaded image from Firefly? If you are using the Send to workflows, can you share which one you used from Firefly?

Hi @default31742333w5iu6j,

Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry you have issues transferring from Firefly to Adobe Express.

When you upload the Firefly image but want it to respect the aspect ratio size, it will appear on a white screen.

To avoid it, you can resize the image with Quick Actions. You can find more about how here.

If the issues persist, please send a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing.

Thank you,

Winnie
