Fichier perdu sur Adobe Express !

Bonjour, un fichier entier s'est supprimé sur mon espace Adobe Express, j'ai perdu tout mon travail que s'est-il-passé ? Comment puis-je le récupérer ?

Je n'ai rien supprimé, il n'y a rien dans la corbeille. Mes dossiers n'étaient plus apparant hier, ni ce matin, à présent ils ont réapparu, ce doit être un bug de l'application. Ça fait 2 fois que je rencontre ce problème.

Et si j'essai de mon téléphone, je ne vois qu'une partie des documents présents dans ce fichier. Pas l'intégralité.

Check the Deleted Files folder
Sometimes files may be accidentally deleted, but can still be recovered.

See if your missing file appears there. If it does, you can restore it directly

Mon fichier ne se trouve pas la dedans. Sur une page qui est restée ouverte d'Adobe Express, je retrouve mes documents de ce fichier quand je me rends sur la page principale et que je fais une recherche, mais je ne vois tout de même pas mon fichier quand je me rend dans mes projets. Et si j'ouvre une nouvelle page, je ne vois ni mon fichier ni les documents en fessant une recherche.

We’re very sorry to hear about your lost file – we understand how upsetting this can be. In Adobe Express, deleted projects are usually moved to the “Deleted” or “Trash” folder, where they can be recovered within a limited time.

To check:

Open Adobe Express and go to the Home screen.
Tap Your Projects.
Look for Deleted Projects or Trash.
If you find your file, select it and tap Restore.

If it’s not there, please provide your Adobe ID and the project name so our team can investigate further.
