File can't be downloaded as PDF

I've tried multiple times to dowload a file as PDF but it doesn't work. all other files work just fine.

Thanks for your patience. Please let us know if you are getting any error messages. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
