File crashes when opening

When I open a file within a certain folder they keep crashing.  How to mitigate that, it seriously hinders my workflow.

 

I get this code;

      Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this and apologise for the delay. Are you still experiencing this issue? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what is the error message? When was the file created? If so, could you please share the URL via private message with edit rights so I can investigate further?

       

      We’re here to help, just need some info.

      It magically disappeared the day after. So no issues anymore whatsoever. If it happens again,  i'll contact you immediately.
