File download issue

When I try to download file it says, "We're working on your file. You will be able to it soon" Please fix this problem asap. Thanks!

actually i just figured it out. go to "your stuff" on the top left, go to your files (the images or videos youve created) and the latest one that you cant save should be there. right click and open in new window then save it. worked for me
