File error in Adobe Express

Thanks for reporting this. The file size (86 MB) and MP4 format should generally be supported, so let's dig in a little further - Does this happen on other MP4 files you've tried to upload, or just this one?

Could you let us know:

• Which browser and operating system you're using

• Whether the same file uploads successfully to a different project

• Whether other MP4 files upload successfully

• If possible, the video's codec (for example, H.264 or HEVC/H.265)

As a quick test, try opening Adobe Express in an Incognito/Private browsing window or a different browser and upload the file again.

If the issue persists, please share the video duration and any additional error details, and we'll take a closer look.
