It will not let me download my lyric video I spent several hours making? Help!

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you're getting any error messages? If so, please share a screenshot of the error. Did you create that video in the older or newer versions of Adobe Express? Did you try downloading it through other browsers?
