File not opening

I've been prompted several times to move all my files to the new Adobe Express and I've done that - several times. Today I can't open one of my webpages. The message says either I don't have access or the webpage can't be found. Help!

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. Does the browser's address bar when you attempt to open the file look something like https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/design/urn:aaid:sc:US:741922f8-7524-410a-8d9e-d3da6fd61070? If so, could you post that address here?
