File not publishing

Using Adobe Express on Firefox on MacOS 14.2.1, but using Safari and Chrome makes no difference. 
In Express, with the file open, I go Share>Publish to web>Publish link. It initially shows 'Publishing your design...', then changes the message to 'We couldn't publish your link at this time. Please try later' but trying later makes no difference. 
I have since tried publishing a test file - just an image with some text on it - which worked ok. 
I thought that one of the images I used might be inhibiting it, (they were sourced from all over the place) so methodically removed them one by one until I just had the title page with one bit of text, but the same kept happening, so there was not a problem with one of the images, nor was it file size. 
Any ideas would be welcome!

Hi @Top Cat2000 , can you tell us a little more about how you are trying to publish your document? What OS platform/app are you using, and can you share a little more details about where and how you're publishing it?

Not much point posting stuff here if no-one is going to bother with it.
