FIle not uploading

I am trying to upload a PDF onto Adobe express and it says that it is trying to upload. I came to work this morning to the same message was still on. I logged off and logged back on and tried again and it still had the same message.

Thank you for sharing feedback and apologies for incovenience. Is it happening for all PDFs for you? Would it be possible for you to share any affected PDF file?

I am trying to Edit the content of PDF file by using Adobe Express. I have tried it number of times and even after 2 or 3 hours of wait, it still is uploading. I have logged out and logged in again. Also tried to reduce the number of pages, the problem is not resolved. Can anybody help and tell how to solve this issue.  File size is less than 1 MB and it is only one page. File is not locked for content editing.
