File Upload failure

I'm trying to upload a 1.5MB file on Adobe Express from my laptop and anytime I tried it says : "Error : image exceeded 65MB or 80MB ... " I don't understand why it says that when the image is smaller than that.

Can someone help me?

Hi @Chryss Dayond

Please also check the width and height. If the product of width and height exceeds 65,000,000, that can be an issue. Note that the message says 65MP (megapixel) not 65MB (megabytes).

Hope this helps.

Hi @Chryss Dayond, thank you for reaching out to our community and sorry for any frustration caused.

Here are a few quick fixes you can try: resize the image to reduce the dimensions, convert it to JPEG (since JPEGs are usually smaller and work well in Express), or compress it to reduce file complexity.

If the issue continues after these steps, please share the image dimensions or format so we can take a closer look. Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thanks
