files and folders gone !!!

Since 2020, I've been a loyal paid member, pouring three years of hard work into my projects and my clients' work. But here's the shocking part: everything has disappeared. Some of my client relationships go back over ten years, and all their files and efforts have been wiped out. Picture this: 25 to 30 folders bursting with my clients' daily, weekly, and monthly graphic projects, all gone, like they never existed. The impact on my clients and me is huge. We've invested a lot in this service, but now we're facing a massive loss as we try to recreate everything. What's more frustrating is that even though we've paid for this service, we're left without our essential files, especially in times of unexpected crises like this.
