Files are not uploading to Adobe Cloud or Adobe express

I have been trying multiple times to upload different files to my Adobe Cloud library and to upload the same files on Adobe Express, but I end up getting a failed message, although the files format is AI, and PSD, and I have free space in my cloud account

Sorry to hear that and for our late answer.

 

Can you share the screenshot of the error message when you upload the files on Adobe Express? We recommend changing the browser and checking the Internet connection. The projects created in Adobe Express are automatically saved in the cloud. For more details about opening a PSD file with AE, you can look here https://adobe.ly/3TpX5mO.
