Files gone !

Did you move them one by one, or in bulk using the "Move all folders and files" button?

And for the files that are MIA, could you check if the original version exists in the [Originals] folder under https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files?

I'm having a similar problem. I went to the old version and converted my files. A few showed up in the new version, but most are still MIA after the conversion.

I can find the files on my phone 😄 But I usually work on the computer and there it looks like this:

Could you please attach a print screen with what exactly are you seeing under "Your stuff"?

Also, can you check on mobile to see if any of your files are available there?

And no, I can not see it in the new version either, thats why I tried the old one but it automatically redirects me to the new version.

Yes I have read this but I can't see the blue box "Access files". I saw it the first time I logged in, but now its gone.
