Files have disappeared

I have been using Adobe Express for years and I went in today to continue a project and they are all gone. The only ones there are from a year ago. Where have my files gone? And how can I recover them? Thank you.

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you create that project in an older version or a newer version? Please ensure you're logged in with your Adobe ID because your projects are tied to your login method.
