Files lost since you updated the app

I still can't get my lost files. Since the mobile app was updated I lost some files even after doing the migration of all files. I have tried all the ways and links that appear in the forums. I have looked from my PC and I can't find these missing files. I have also looked at the errors and how to fix them page and to no avail. Please I need to fix this problem. Thank you and best regards!
