files not converting, additonal issues with chrome

I am experiencing a number of issues. I am forced to toggle between two platforms to get simple work done. Nothing has helped to rectify the problems. 1) Currently, my files are not converting from mobile to desk top, currently using Firefox. 2) Mobile is either not downloading transparent images or Firefox is failing to load them properly. 2) For a week-plus, I have not been able to access Express in Chrome - program opens but images fail to load.
