Files Not Loading

When I open the app on my computer my stuff is not loading. I have tested my internet and changes devices and it still is not loading in.

Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
