Files not saving properly

In Express, my "recents' haven't been updating to reflect new files that have been created. I see them in my creative cloud app, but they won't open or load in Express. I'm also unable to share links with my team at the moment so I have to download and send larger files. Assets are still hit or miss for loading. This bug is clearly a major one!

Please fix these issues quickly, i'm in the middle of transitioning my team from Canva to Express and this is making me look horrible to my boss and wider organization.
