Files won't download from adobe express

I cannot dowload two PDF files I need for my uni work. It gets to 90% and the bar doesn't progress. I've tried on different devices, networks and adobe accounts and nothing has worked. I've also cleared my cache and tried a different browser. I've also tried to upload the file to Google drive and Dropbox but the bar only reaches 96% and stops. I also can't download the file in any other format. I really need this resolved asap as I have my deadline soon.

    The issue for the specific project is resolved, and the corrected file is shared via DM.

    Hi, 

     

    The file is large with 99 pages. I have tried copying half of the pages over to another file and exporting or exporting the pages in small batches but none of them will export, even as png or jpeg. I have tries to use the download as individual files option but it only reached 81%.

    Hey @Abbie32862157ozvy, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

     

    Can you tell us how many pages are in the project? If it is a multi-page project, have you tried downloading it keeping 'Download as individual PDF files' checked? (refer to screenshot)

     

    Also, would it be possible for you to share the project so we can test downloading it on our end?
