Files won't open - iPhone Xs Max iOS 16.3.1

Hi all,

I'm encountering an issue with opening Adobe Express files (even newly created ones) in the latest version of the app on iPhone ( iPhone Xs Max iOS 16.3.1 ). While the files open perfectly fine in a browser on a laptop, they freeze when trying to open them in the iPhone app.

This happens consistently, and I haven’t been able to pinpoint what might be causing it.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
