FILES WON'T UPLOAD

I am trying to upload files for use in my design and they won't upload.

The Grid/Collage feature is not yet implemented in the new Express, but it will be returning soon as the team knows it's a big need for users. 
Can you share details about the filesize of the image? My suspicion is that it may be over the max filesize (4000x4000px) but the error message doesn't trigger for some reason.

    Yep, nothing uploading and can't find the grid layout anymore either.

    Hello: So sorry you are experiencing this! Can you share a few more details so I can figure out what is going on for you. 
    1. What is the filetype, IE the end of the filename after the period?

    2. If these are photos were these images taken on a recent smartphone? 

    3. What is the filesize in pixels? IE someting like 2000 x 2000 pixels

    4. What happens when you try to upload? Is there an error message, or does it time out, or does it just remain a grey box?
