finger removal

i have a photo of me holding an apple watch between my forefinger and thumb. I want to remove my fingers and the image to display the area of the watch covered by my fingers. Your app cannot even get close. I have asked several different ways. but really very bad. It keeps displaying the fingers as if they are wax. If i slect the fingers with the brush and ask to remove it will do that. but so will any photo app! it will be easier using photoshop from the 1980's!!!!!
