Firefly not importing to Adobe Express

When I create a Firefly render and go to the option to open in Adobe Express. Express loads the page but no image is shown

We're sorry for the problem, and it shouldn't happen!

 

Here are a few workarounds you could use:

  • Refresh the Adobe Express page
  • Clear the cache/cookies from the browser
  • Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome
  • You can use a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Safari

 

We recommend closing the previously opened pages before trying those steps.
