Fixed: "Cannot save" error in Adobe Express

I keep getting booted out of a project due to an error that says "Can't save"

 

I’ve tried to create a new project in Adobe Express multiple times, and as soon as I upload a photo into it, I get an error message that says “Can’t save” (screenshot attached). I have tried clearing my cache, signing out and back in, and restarting my computer.

    Pasos: 

    1. Entrar a adobe.express
    2. Seleccionar Reel de instagram
    3. Arrastrar video del explorador de windows
    4. Se queda cargando
    5. Aparece el cartel que adjunto.  

      Tener cuenta que: probé cargar el video de distintas maneras, todas terminan igual. Toco Recargar y vuelve a lo mismo, voy a inicio y pruebo de nuevo y lo mismo. el video pesa 475MB y lo loco es que HACE DOS HORAS edité el mismo video… o sea, ya me lo aceptó hace dos horas… y ahora quiero editar otra parte de ese video y no lo puedo cargar...Ese cartel está apareciendo hace 40 minutos.

    this is happening to me today on my adobe express ios app. 
    Error:

    Can’t save

    Something went wrong. Refresh to try again. If the problem continues, go back to Home and try again.

     

    I have tried:

    • refreshed - same error
    • reload the video (multiple times) - same error
    • tried different video - same error
    • logged out, logged back in - same error
    • deleted and re-download the app - same error

     

    Please help or advise a different thread to follow, thx

    having the same problem! I'm on mobile, have restarted, reinstalled the app, etc, and it still won't even let me add text without crashing

    Also am having this issue. and some of our editors are as well. Cant save when uploading a video. And then this screen

    I cannot even start a simple video project without the error “can’t save”. Below are the errors in the programmer screen on safari.

    [Error] Failed to load resource: Origin https://new.express.adobe.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. Status code: 503 (metrics, line 0)

    [Error] Origin https://new.express.adobe.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. Status code: 504

    [Error] Fetch API cannot load https://hz-telemetry-next.adobe.io/web/v1/metrics due to access control checks.

    I am having the same issue. I have deleted my browser cache, tried a different browsers, and even restarted my computer. Nothing has fixed the issue.

    Seconded. AX is behaving similarly for me. In my instance, I am attempting to create a flyer. When I then try adding a brand element (logo) to the flyer, I immediately get the “Can’t Save” prompt. I’m using Google Chrome v147.0.7727.138 on a Macbook Pro Apple M4 Max with 64GB RAM running Tahoe 26.3.
