Hi Everyone!!

It is not currently possible to connect or publish on Facebook or Instagram through Adobe Express. This issue is a high priority, and the teams are working to resolve it. However, currently, there is no ETA, so we recommend manually publishing your posts.

We apologize for the frustration and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved.

My post to IG and Facebook that were scheduled this morning failed. When I went in it asked me to renew my tokens (it feels like I have to do this alot!) When I tried, I recieved these messages. I will post separately on the FB and IG apps. But I thought you should be aware of the issue.

I'm trying to use your scheduling tool, but I cannot add my Facebook or Instagram accounts. I keep getting an error that says the app is not authorized.

Seems that no matter what browser I use (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), I cannot seem to refresh my Instagram token for my Adobe Express.
