We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know the error you get while accessing the files. What is the file format type? Please try using a different browser and let us know if this helps. You could also clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

 

I recommend sharing a screenshot of the error or a screen recording of the workflow for further investigation.
