A couple of questions:

- What kind of Adobe account are you using? An individual (paid) account or associated with an organizaton (including Education organizations)? If you could DM me your adobe id (email that you sign in with), I can look this up as well.

- While Proxima Nova Black is available as an Adobe Font (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/proxima-nova), us there a chance you might have separately uploaded it as a custom font as well (something like https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/custom-fonts.html)?
