Font missing

We no longer have our company branded fonts since the new version/update of adobe express has updated. If you look on the left hand side of the picture attached it tells us to add fonts - but tells me i need premium to add the fonts, which i thought we already had?

    I would like to inform you that you must have a paid individual account in order to use this feature if you're attempting to upload custom fonts. This feature is not accessible if you have a free account or an enterprise account.
