Font not working

I'm using Express trying to create templates for my organization to use and I realized our font in the brand wasn't working. It says "preview unavailable" when I look at it in the menu and then when I try to apply it to text I just get a little error symbol and it doesn't work. I just get a blank text box. I went into my Brand and figured I'd delete them and then try putting it back in. Well I deleted them, and then when I attempted to add it back in I got a "We're unable to add font. Please try again later" message. I've logged out and logged back in and it's still not working. I wanted to try reuploading the font but when I do that I get told it's a duplicate so it won't take it, but I can't actuall even access the old one now at all. 

This is our main brand font, so I need to be able to access it.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you able to use the font which you want to add in Adobe Express in other Adobe apps? Did you try in a different browser or in incognito mode? Did you try this with another internet connection?

 

You can also try restarting the device and try again and let us know if that helps? If that doesn't help, can you share the screen recording of the issue?
